Stop Motion Practice

WALT:  Use the Stop Motion App.
WALT:  Capture the movement of a shape.



I had to use small movements.  I had to make sure the camera stayed still.  The only thing that changed was the clay.

Making Connections with my Reading


This book is about a boy called Tim.  He wants to climb the fort like Michael and Anna.  They climb up the ladder and down the pole.  Tim went up the ladder too.  He was scared to go down the pole.  Mrs. Hill came over to help him.  "Come on Tim. You can do it" she said to him.  He went slowly down the pole.

I think my reading went good.  I read fast.  I think I getting better and I not reading like a robot.

Learning to Link My Recordings

Today I had to link my recording of my reading to my reading journal.  I didn't know how to do it, but then I know now.  I made a screencastify.  I made heaps of mistakes.  I had to explain the words that I was saying. Sometimes I would just do it and not talk about it.  I had to remember that I was going to help all of the people to do it.

Screencastified is hard to do.  I hope I get better.  I hope this helps me get better in my reading and spelling.

READING SELF-ASSESSMENT - Week One, Term Two.

This term I am reading from my reading journal.  I will be using the read-write app to help me to read my book.  It helps me know what the hard words are.  I have to take my book home to practice too.


I have to record myself reading because it’s a good thing.  It helps you to read more better and to see if I can reach my goals for the term.
